Job Description

About the Role

RYZ Labs is seeking a Mid Level / Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their agile team remotely, focusing on impactful product development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and ship features across both frontend and backend to deliver high-impact functionality quickly.
  • Develop integrations and workflows, including APIs and data flows that enhance the client’s ecosystem.
  • Use no or low-code solutions where possible and invest in scalable architecture when necessary.
  • Engage in code reviews and collaborate on problem-solving with team members.
  • Contribute to improving engineering processes and documentation.
  • Prepare systems and processes to meet standards for investor diligence as the company approaches Series A.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
  • Frontend skills in React and JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in iframe embeds and Webflow.
  • Backend experience in Python (FastAPI), Node.js microservices, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.
  • Strong knowledge in data modeling, performance optimization, and data integrity.
  • Familiarity with connecting systems via APIs and analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics 4.
  • Understanding of infrastructure and DevOps methods, including AWS services, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with automated testing and monitoring techniques.
  • Skills in structured logging and health checks to ensure operational reliability.
