About the Role
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Hightouch, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's customer base. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop strategic plans to win new accounts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include prospecting, pitching, and closing deals, as well as maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.The Mid-Market Account Executive role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, technology, and innovation. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to win new accounts and grow existing customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Conduct needs assessments and develop customized solutions to meet customer needs
- Deliver pitches and presentations to customers and prospects
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and leadership to improve sales strategies and processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

- 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, preferably in the technology or software industry
