What You Will Do
- Own and manage a dedicated Mid-Market book of business, prioritizing customers based on opportunity, risk, and growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive expansion and upsell opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leading product adoption efforts and ensuring deep engagement.
- Craft compelling narratives to prove customer value through comprehensive business reviews and strategic touchpoints.
- Identify and mitigate churn risks, owning resolution strategies and advising sales leadership as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and communication processes.
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews to assess performance and set future goals.
