About the Role
As a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer at Hightouch, you will be an integral part of the team that drives the company's mission to empower businesses to take action on their data. Your role will entail working closely with big-name companies to understand their challenges and develop tailored solutions using Hightouch's AI marketing platform. You will be part of a talented team that values first-principles thinking, efficiency, and compassion.The position involves collaborating with account executives to remove technical obstacles, advocating for customer interests, and creating compelling technical content. Your expertise in explaining technical concepts and identifying innovative solutions will be crucial in making our customers' lives easier.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with account executives to identify and address technical and business-related obstacles in the sales process
- Develop and deliver technical content that showcases Hightouch's value proposition to potential customers
- Work closely with customers to understand their data challenges and develop customized solutions using Hightouch's platform
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of Hightouch's solutions
- Identify opportunities to innovate and improve customer data strategy and architecture
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Hightouch's products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI marketing and customer data platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Create and deliver technical training and support materials for customers and internal teams
- Participate in product feedback and roadmap discussions to ensure customer needs are met
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or similar role, preferably in the AI marketing or customer data platform space
- Strong understanding of data management, marketing automation, and customer experience technologies
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake and Databricks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into simple, actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical and business-related challenges
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in marketing and customer experience applications
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
