Mid Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conceptualizing scripts, creating narrative-driven video content, and managing end-to-end AI video production workflows. You will work closely with the Content Lead to align with the company's creative direction while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in execution and technical decision-making.

What You Will Do

• Conceptualize scripts based on current production needs and centered around existing AI characters
• Create narrative-driven, longform video content, including stylized and explicit visuals, with a strong focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
• Own and manage end-to-end AI video production workflows, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production
• Work extensively with ComfyUI pipelines, building, customizing, and optimizing node-based workflows for image and video generation
• Utilize tools such as Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway, Pika, and other AI video platforms to produce high-quality visual sequences
• Develop and maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives using advanced techniques
• Integrate motion graphic design and color correction to deliver cohesive final outputs
• Experiment rapidly with new AI models, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into production workflows and sharing skills with the rest of the team
• Align with the Content Lead's creative direction while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in execution and technical decision-making
• Continuously refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality

What We Are Looking For

• 4-6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, with a strong portfolio of AI-driven video work
• Proven experience with ComfyUI, including building and managing complex node-based workflows
• Strong proficiency in Stable Diffusion and related tooling
• Advanced knowledge of video editing, compositing, and graphic design
• Experience with AI video generation and editing tools
• Strong understanding of storytelling, narrative structure, and visual coherence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with motion graphic design and color correction

Nice to Have

• Experience with other AI video platforms, such as Runway or Pika
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript
• Experience with machine learning or deep learning frameworks
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Experience working in a remote team environment
