Job Description

About the Role

Eleks is in search of a Middle Information Developer to join their team in Poland, focusing on enhancing digital tools for client risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

  • Understand product requirements and develop publications with minor supervision.
  • Create various types of technical documentation, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Communicate task progress with project managers and establish deadlines.
  • Develop templates for diverse document types including user guides and installation manuals.
  • Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather project information.
  • Implement context-sensitive help systems and oversee their embedding into products.
  • Perform peer reviews to ensure documentation clarity and compliance with style guides.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and documentation tools like MadCap Flare.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, adherence to the Microsoft Style Guide.
  • Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Solid analytical skills with an understanding of the documentation development lifecycle (DDLC).
  • Degree in Translations, Philology, or Applied Linguistics is a plus.
