About the Role

The Middle PPC Specialist role at Universe Group is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of paid media and digital marketing. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing iOS campaigns to drive business growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies.

The role is based in Kyiv, Ukraine, and offers the opportunity to work remotely, utilizing your digital skills to drive success. You will be reporting to the Senior PPC Manager and will be an integral part of the marketing team.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and optimize iOS campaigns to drive business growth
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies
  • Utilize Google Ads and Meta campaigns to reach target audiences
  • Conduct keyword research and develop targeted ad copy
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing ad creatives

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in paid media and digital marketing
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta campaigns
  • Experience with iOS campaigns and app marketing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta campaigns (desired)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other paid media channels, such as Twitter or LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript
