About the Role

EverAI is seeking a talented Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor to join their team in creating immersive, narrative-driven video content. As a key member of the content team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing scripts, developing storylines, and producing high-quality videos that showcase the company's AI capabilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in video production, VFX, or digital art, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in AI-driven video workflows. You will be working closely with the Content Lead to develop and refine the company's video content strategy, ensuring that all outputs meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. The company's flagship product is the world's largest AI companionship platform, redefining relationships for millions of users. As a video editor at EverAI, you will be contributing to the development of this platform, creating content that is both engaging and informative.

What You Will Do

  • Conceptualize scripts and storylines for video content based on current production needs and existing AI characters
  • Create narrative-driven, long-form video content, including stylized and explicit visuals, with a strong focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
  • Own and manage end-to-end AI video production workflows, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production
  • Utilize tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms to produce high-quality visual sequences
  • Develop and maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives using advanced techniques
  • Integrate motion graphic design and color correction to deliver cohesive final outputs
  • Experiment rapidly with new AI models, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into production workflows and sharing skills with the rest of the team
  • Align with the Content Lead's creative direction while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in execution and technical decision-making
  • Continuously refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, with a strong portfolio (AI-driven video work is a must)
  • Hands-on experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging options)
  • Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
  • Experience with traditional tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing software
  • Strong understanding of storytelling principles, narrative structure, and visual composition
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with machine learning and deep learning principles
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C++
  • Familiarity with cloud-based video editing platforms and collaboration tools
  • Experience with motion graphic design and color correction
