Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor (Full Remote - Worldwide)

## About the Role The Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor role at EverAI is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-driven video production. As a key member of the content team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, narrative-driven video content from concept to final output. With a focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence, you will work closely with the Content Lead to develop and refine the company's video production workflows.

The role entails working independently to conceptualize scripts, create long-form video content, and manage end-to-end AI video production workflows. You will utilize the latest AI video tools and models to produce high-quality visual sequences and develop consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity. Your work will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of EverAI's flagship product, the world's largest AI companionship platform.

Reporting to the Content Lead, you will be part of a dynamic team of approximately 75 people, including experienced entrepreneurs and technology experts. The founding team has a strong track record of building and scaling web products, with multiple successful exits and awards.

## What You Will Do - Conceptualize scripts based on current production needs and centered around existing AI characters - Create narrative-driven, long-form video content, including stylized and explicit visuals, with a strong focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence - Own and manage end-to-end AI video production workflows, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production - Utilize tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms to produce high-quality visual sequences - Develop and maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives using advanced techniques - Integrate motion graphic design and color correction to deliver cohesive final outputs - Experiment rapidly with new AI models, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into production workflows and sharing skills with the rest of the team - Align with the Content Lead's creative direction while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in execution and technical decision-making - Continuously refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality

## What We Are Looking For - 4-6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, with a strong portfolio (AI-driven video work is a must) - Hands-on experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging options) - Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing - Experience with traditional tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final editing and post-production - Strong understanding of storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence in video production - Ability to work independently in a high-performance environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams

## Nice to Have - Experience with Excel for data analysis and project management - Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and trends in video production - Experience with cloud-based video production workflows and collaboration tools - Certification in video production, VFX, or digital art
