[MMP] Python Developer

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, test, and implement backend applications and services using Python, focusing on building high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Participate in discussions around system design, integrations, and platform architecture, bringing your expertise to the table to influence the direction of projects.
• Contribute to improving existing solutions, both on the application and infrastructure level, by identifying areas for optimization and implementing enhancements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure that knowledge is shared across the team and that best practices are followed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Python and related technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the company's technology stack.
• Collaborate with the QA team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and incorporating feedback from others to improve overall code quality.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of its ecosystem and related tools.
• Experience with building backend applications and services, preferably in a similar industry or context.
• Knowledge of API design principles and experience with building and maintaining APIs.
• Familiarity with automation tools and technologies, with the ability to automate complex infrastructure processes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
• A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and containerization using Docker.
