Job Description
About the Role
The Mobile Device SME position at D-ploy is a unique opportunity for an experienced IT professional to lead the design and management of Microsoft Intune cloud architecture. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical, security, and business needs of clients are met. The role involves working closely with other IT professionals to provide expertise and support, as well as developing software solutions to automate Intune configuration and administration.Day-to-day, you will be working on a short-term project, focusing on the migration and implementation of Intune and defined services. Your expertise will be crucial in defining and implementing RBAC within Intune and configuring and deploying Auto-Pilot. The role requires a deep understanding of Intune and Azure, as well as experience in managing iOS and Android devices.
What You Will Do
- Lead the Microsoft Intune cloud architecture design to meet customers' technical, security, and business needs
- Manage the MDM platform (Microsoft Intune)
- Provide administration and technical support for mobile devices and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Support other IT professionals with expertise and consult on the best use of Intune services
- Develop and maintain software solutions/scripts to support automation of Intune configuration and administration
- Develop desired state configuration for the Agency’s Azure Cloud Platform
- Provide assistance in migration and implementation of Intune and defined services
- Define and implement RBAC within Intune
- Configure and deploy Auto-Pilot within Intune
- Collaborate with the team to optimize IT productivity and contribute to the organization’s success
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent English
- Deep understanding of Intune and Azure
- Working knowledge and experience in configuration of all tiers involving mobile devices (iOS, Android), MDM solution Intune, Office 365, etc.
- Knowledgeable in managing iOS and Android device application packaging and software deployment
- Very good communication skills (written/spoken)
- Great analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Experience with other MDM solutions
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices
- Certification in Microsoft Intune or Azure
- Experience working with international teams
