About the Role

The role entails collaborating with senior team members to develop applications that give people a choice in their Android browser to experience the web in an open, safe, and healthy environment. You will participate in code reviews, bug fixing, testing, and adopting coding practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. What You Will Do

• Participate in designing, debugging, building, and shipping Android solutions that promote a healthy and inclusive internet
• Become a member of a hardworking, diverse, and geographically distributed team responsible for the Firefox mobile applications and the ecosystem of open-source Android components
• Contribute to maintaining and upholding quality standards by participating in code reviews, bug fixing, testing, and adopting coding practices
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop applications that give people a choice in their Android browser to experience the web in an open, safe, and healthy environment
• Investigate and assist in resolving bugs and issues
• Participate in the development of products and contribute to the growth of the team
• Work independently on simpler tasks and collaboratively within a team to deliver well-designed, reusable, and high-quality code
• Listen to feedback from Mozilla's open-source community and gradually improve Android solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of Android development
• Participate in agile development methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
