About the Role

The Mobile Marketing Manager is a critical position at Zoom Communications, Inc., responsible for developing and executing mobile marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across global markets. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in mobile marketing platforms and strategic insights to optimize app store performance and enhance cross-channel engagement. The Mobile Marketing Manager will work closely with the Online Marketing and Retention team to drive scalable growth across activation, expansion, retention, and resubscription.

The Online Marketing and Retention team is focused on delivering a seamless customer experience, from initial acquisition to long-term retention. The team's efforts are grounded in product signals, experimentation, and strong measurement, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. As a Mobile Marketing Manager at Zoom, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive mobile marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Manage and optimize mobile campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and in-app messaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Data Science, and Ecommerce, to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Utilize mobile marketing platforms, such as AppsFlyer and Adjust, to track and optimize campaign performance
  • Leverage CRM tools, like Braze and Airship, to enhance user engagement and retention
  • Analyze campaign data using advanced reporting tools and Excel/Google Sheets to identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Develop and manage budgets for mobile marketing initiatives
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with mobile marketing campaigns

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in mobile marketing, with a focus on campaign management and execution
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
  • Experience with mobile marketing platforms, such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Branch
  • Strong understanding of mobile measurement and attribution
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Braze and Airship
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Experience with mobile-first design and development principles
  • Knowledge of mobile privacy frameworks, such as ATT and GDPR
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
