About the Role

What You Will Do
- Collaborate with researchers to understand, predict, and design model behavior
- Partner with product managers and designers across the company to ensure a cohesive voice and approach

- Develop creative strategies for collecting high-quality data
- Work closely with the research team to design and implement new model architectures
- Conduct user research to inform model design decisions
- Develop and maintain design documentation and guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and human-computer interaction
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to peers
- Contribute to the development of the company's design language system
