About the Role
The Momentum Training Specialist plays a pivotal role in CACI International Inc's endeavor to enhance employee performance and knowledge retention through the design, development, and delivery of engaging digital learning experiences. What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive eLearning courses, training materials, and digital learning resources that meet the organization's training objectives.
- Develop interactive training modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), ensuring they are engaging, informative, and aligned with adult learning principles.
- Create instructional videos, tutorials, and screen recordings using Camtasia, enhancing the learning experience with multimedia resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, effective training content that resonates with learners.
- Facilitate virtual and/or in-person training sessions as required, ensuring seamless delivery and feedback incorporation.
- Monitor learner progress and analyze training effectiveness using Learning Management System (LMS) analytics, providing insights for future program improvements.
- Update and maintain existing learning materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with instructional design best practices.
- Ensure all eLearning content adheres to adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, promoting an engaging and effective learning environment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to learners regarding training platforms and tools, addressing queries and issues promptly.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in eLearning development or corporate training, with a focus on creating interactive, engaging learning content.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Articulate 360 and Camtasia, with the ability to design and develop interactive eLearning modules.
- Experience working with COTS Federal Financials Systems (Momentum), with an understanding of how to integrate financial systems knowledge into training programs.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles, ensuring the development of effective learning experiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with other eLearning development tools and platforms, such as Adobe Captivate or Lectora Inspire.
- Knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript, for customizing and enhancing eLearning content.
- Certification in instructional design or a related field, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the profession.
- Experience in facilitating training sessions, with the ability to engage audiences and manage discussions effectively.
