As a key member of the Intelligence division, you will be responsible for monitoring news and events, collaborating with analysts, and preparing data to support media analysis. What You Will Do
- Monitor news and events across various outlets and platforms to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with a team of analysts to alert clients to relevant news and developments
- Collect and prepare data to support media analysis and scheduled report deliveries
- Assist with long-term research projects, providing insights and recommendations
- Create pivot tables from Excel report data to facilitate data analysis
- Update report graphics and charts for review, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Write descriptive text to tell the stories behind the data, making insights accessible to clients
- Validate and interpret automated scoring from Penta's proprietary platform on reputation risk and stakeholder views
