About the Role
LoanCare is seeking a Mortgage Claims Specialist III to join their team. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients, industry partners, and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.Responsibilities
- Prepare mortgage insurance claims on properties acquired by agencies or investors.
- Complete reconciliation of advances to be included in claims.
- Validate necessary supporting documents for claims.
- Maintain clear records and reports for management regarding daily production.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 4-5 years of experience in default mortgage servicing, mortgage insurance claims, or the legal field.
- Strong knowledge of accepted business practices in the mortgage industry and understanding of the claims process.
- Ability to manage time, priorities, and make sound decisions.
