Job Description

About the Role

Directive is seeking a Motion & Graphic Designer to build and maintain their visual identity and design ad creative for paid media channels. This individual contributor role will own the development of Directive's brand identity and visual system, as well as produce ad creative for paid social, programmatic, and video channels.

Responsibilities

  • Steward and evolve Directive's visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system
  • Establish clear brand standards and apply them consistently
  • Design and produce static ad units, motion graphics, and short-form video cutdowns
