About the Role

Directive is seeking a skilled Motion & Graphic Designer to join their team. As a key player in building and maintaining Directive's visual identity, you will produce ad creative that runs across paid programs and design sales materials for enterprise prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Steward and evolve Directive's visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system that accounts for multiple industry verticals and the Stratos platform layer
  • Establish clear brand standards and apply them consistently across output and external assets
  • Design and produce static ad units and motion graphics for social advertising platforms

Requirements

  • Proficiency in GA4 and Programmatic
  • Experience in building and maintaining design systems
  • Ability to translate brand positioning into visual language
