MSK Physiotherapist Virtual

About the Role

The role entails working with corporate clients and Occupational Health providers to assess and treat patients. You'll utilize digital platforms to deliver virtual physiotherapy services, with full training provided to ensure a smooth transition. With a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your schedule effectively.

What You Will Do

• Conduct virtual assessments of MSK patients and develop personalized treatment plans
• Manage your own caseload of MSK patients, delivering virtual physiotherapy services
• Utilize digital platforms to provide high-quality care and support to patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
• Develop and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Work closely with corporate clients and Occupational Health providers to deliver high-quality services
• Provide education and support to patients on self-management and recovery techniques
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in physiotherapy

What We Are Looking For

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with a minimum of 3 years postgraduate clinical experience
• Proven experience working within UK healthcare settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own caseload
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with digital platforms
• Commitment to patient-centered care and innovative approaches to healthcare
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
• Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a remote or virtual setting
• Knowledge of physiotherapy software and digital platforms
• Certification in specialized areas, such as sports physiotherapy or occupational health
• Experience working with corporate clients and Occupational Health providers
