In this role, the MTM II will work closely with various teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Analyze campaign performance using data and metrics, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and paid media
- Manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing initiatives
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through digital channels
- Implement A/B testing and other experimental designs to improve campaign efficacy
- Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance to senior management
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a focus on paid media
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Experience with campaign management tools and platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms is a plus
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
