About the Role

The Multi-Channel Outbound SDR position at Virtual Coworker is a pivotal role that focuses on generating qualified discovery calls for the sales team through strategic LinkedIn outreach and targeted phone follow-up. As the owner of the top of the pipeline, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying the right prospects, making the first contact, and booking conversations. This role is integral to the sales team's success, as it lays the foundation for future sales growth.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include researching and qualifying target prospects, sending personalized LinkedIn connection requests, and following up with phone calls. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and leveraging technology to streamline their workflow.

What You Will Do

  • Research and qualify 15-20 target prospects daily using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Send 50-65 personalized LinkedIn connection requests per week, tailored to each prospect's industry and role
  • Follow up with a phone call via Google Voice within 48 hours of sending a LinkedIn message
  • Execute 150-200 outbound dials per week, prioritizing warm follow-ups and targeted cold outreach
  • Manage the full 4-touch sequence per prospect, including two LinkedIn messages and two phone calls
  • Log every touch and outcome in Zoho CRM on the same day, without exception
  • Submit a weekly pipeline report to the Transition Manager every Monday by 9:00 AM PH time
  • Book qualified discovery calls into the sales team's calendar
  • A/B test message variations and feed learnings back to the team

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, with a strong understanding of sales pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Voice, and Zoho CRM
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision making
