About the Role
Join Flag Theory as a Multi-jurisdiction Accounting professional, handling financial operations for an international client portfolio from anywhere in the world.Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of accounting professionals, overseeing work assignments and reviews.
- Prepare and review financial statements for client entities including balance sheets and cash flow reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain organized documentation for audits.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and prepare client tax returns.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes with timely financial reporting.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in accounting or finance management, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
- Proven track record in preparing financial statements and overseeing tax reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, with experience working in client-facing roles.
- Proficient in accounting software, such as Xero or similar platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience with general ledger management and advanced financial modeling is a plus.
