About the Role
The Music Streaming Platform Customer Specialist role at Sutherland is an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about providing top-notch customer support and have a strong understanding of the music streaming industry. As a member of the customer support team, you will be responsible for providing email and chat support to users of a popular music streaming platform, answering common questions, and troubleshooting issues. What You Will Do
- Provide email and chat support to users of the music streaming platform
- Answer common questions and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with account management and payment-related issues
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity

What We Are Looking For
- Excellent Polish (C1) and English (C1) language skills

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
