About the Role

As a National Account Manager at USA TODAY Co., you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the health and wellness vertical. This role entails building strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing objectives, and developing customized advertising solutions to meet their needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to deliver impactful campaigns that drive real results.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for national health and wellness clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and marketing goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized advertising solutions
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including contracts, onboarding, billing, and optimization
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to clients
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the health and wellness industry, including trends, technologies, and competitor activity
  • Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging and effective marketing materials
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital media, performance marketing, and campaign strategy
  • Experience working with sales teams and client-facing account management
  • Proficiency with CRM/order management systems, such as Salesforce
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and client recommendations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in the health and wellness industry is a plus
  • HIPAA experience is desirable
