About the Role

The National Manager, A&D & Commercial Sales, is a pivotal role at Caesarstone Ltd., tasked with spearheading the company's commercial sales efforts and fostering strong relationships within the architectural and design community. This leader will oversee a team of sales professionals, guiding them in developing strategies to increase specification activity, drive commercial project opportunities, and ultimately boost revenue growth. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance specification activity and commercial project opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the architectural, design, and commercial development sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends that can be leveraged for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales performance and market penetration across assigned territories and target market segments.
  • Lead the specification adoption of the company's quartz and porcelain surfacing products.
  • Work closely with the National Accounts Manager and Sales Team to maximize national account opportunities.
  • Support major project pursuits and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Conduct regular field travel and joint sales calls to advance accounts and projects.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching and mentorship, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus within the sales team.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively for tracking activity, opportunities, specifications, and project progress.
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, and sales planning activities to ensure data integrity and compliance.
