About the Role

Supportyourapp is a global Support-as-a-Service leader that collaborates with top-tier tech companies like Mastercard, Calm, and MacPaw. As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be part of a multicultural, multilingual community that delivers secure, world-class customer and technical support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include delivering outstanding customer support, building strong relationships with customers, and keeping up with evolving tools and technology.

The company operates in over 30 countries and supports customers in 60 languages. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a stable internet connection and a personal computer that meets the company's requirements.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via calls, chats, and emails
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships

What We Are Looking For

  • Native Norwegian and good English communication skills (at B2 level or higher)
  • 6+ months of experience in a customer support role
  • CRM systems expertise
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
  • Experience working in a remote team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience in technical support
  • Knowledge of customer support software and tools
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
