About the Role

SupportYourApp is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join their team in Brazil. The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using software troubleshooting skills and knowledge of APIs and Webhooks
  • Use ticketing systems like HubSpot to manage and resolve support cases
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements

  • Native Portuguese and excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Technical Support experience
  • Proficient in Windows, Linux, and MacOS, including fundamental diagnostic commands
  • Knowledge of APIs and Webhooks for troubleshooting connection issues
  • Ability to read and interpret scripting logic (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) and understand execution errors
