What You Will Do
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat to clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and problems, using a combination of technical knowledge, product information, and interpersonal skills.

What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and good knowledge of English (B2 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or international setting.

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on self-motivation and discipline.
- EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
- Ability to relocate to Greece, with support provided by the company for relocation and settling.
