About the Role
The VA/CRM expert will play a critical role in optimizing lead generation forms and streamlining the sales pipeline for Creator Scripts, a SAAS payments service provider and online forms builder technology platform. This is a remote opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, CRM systems, and WordPress, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.The role will involve working closely with the team to analyze current processes and implement best practices to improve lead generation and sales pipeline management. This will require a high degree of technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
What You Will Do
- Configure and optimize lead forms on the WordPress site to improve conversion rates and streamline the sales pipeline
- Analyze current CRM systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation and sales pipeline management
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless integration of CRM systems and sales processes
- Provide training and support to team members on CRM systems and sales processes
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of CRM systems and processes
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting on sales pipeline performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new sales strategies and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM and lead generation, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as CRM management, digital marketing, or sales operations
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Zoho CRM, WordPress, and other relevant software and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights and recommendations
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
- Experience with lead generation and sales pipeline management, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
