The Netherlands Content Specialist role at amo presents a unique opportunity for a creatively driven individual to join a dynamic team focused on digital marketing and content creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading content and creator efforts, ensuring that the content produced is not only engaging but also aligned with the company's overall goals.Day-to-day, the role involves a blend of content creation, team collaboration, and strategic planning. The Content Specialist will work closely with the growth, distribution, and product teams to ensure that content is optimized for performance and aligns with the company's broader objectives. This includes staying on top of the latest trends in digital content, identifying opportunities for innovation, and continuously evaluating and improving the content strategy.
Given the role's focus on the Dutch market, a deep understanding of Dutch culture, memes, and humor is essential, as is proficiency in the Dutch language. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, sometimes in a fast-paced environment, is crucial. While the role can be remote from the Netherlands, there is also the possibility of working on-site in Paris, offering flexibility for the right candidate.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for the Dutch market, focusing on short-form video content and UGC-style ads.
- Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and other social media content that drives engagement and Conversion.
- Lead and manage a pipeline of Dutch creators, ensuring that their content meets the company's standards and resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the paid marketing team to turn great content into high-performing ads, focusing on metrics such as ROAS and user acquisition costs.
- Conduct market research to stay on top of the latest trends in digital content, particularly in the Netherlands.
- Provide creative feedback to external creators to help them improve and refine their content.
- Work closely with the growth team to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute to the creative direction of Bump.
- Support the launch of new features, events, and activations focused on the Netherlands market.
- Analyze content performance, using insights to optimize future content strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and content creators in the Dutch market.
What We Are Looking For
- 1-5+ years of experience in creating short-form content, preferably with a focus on digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Experience in managing creators or providing creative feedback to enhance content quality.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram trends, and the Dutch creator landscape.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
- Experience living in the Netherlands, with a deep understanding of local culture and humor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use it to inform content decisions.
- Experience with content management systems and social media scheduling tools.
- Certification in digital marketing or a related field is a plus.
