About the Role
As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their business requirements and implement tailored solutions. This role is critical to the company's success, as it requires a deep understanding of the NetSuite platform and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You will be working as part of a global team, collaborating with colleagues across different countries and cultures.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include working directly with clients to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.

What You Will Do
- Be the primary consultant on 3-5 clients at any time, serving as their primary systems expert, business advisor, and chief driver of process efficiencies
- Work directly with customers to understand, validate, and document their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality
- Design, build, and test system integrations between clients' business systems
- Support clients on the overall design and implementation of their enterprise architecture
- Deliver solution implementation responsibilities, including requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user training
- Collaborate with internal project management and oversight teams to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and in scope
- Support the ongoing maintenance and management of integration projects
- Work closely with senior executives and functional leaders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain expertise on the NetSuite application and its applications in various industries
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in a professional services, functional, or technical consulting role, ideally in ERP, CRM, or e-commerce
- Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions, IT, or specific business models (e.g., distribution, manufacturing, retail, or health and beauty) implementations
- Prior experience on the NetSuite platform is highly recommended
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
