Job Description
About the Role
The NetSuite Support Administrator role is a critical part of The HALO Trust's Systems Support team, responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for the organization's core enterprise systems. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with end-users, the IS department, and external solution providers to ensure that incidents and service requests are effectively managed. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining the stability, security, and governance of The HALO Trust's systems, ultimately contributing to the organization's mission to address human suffering caused by armed violence.The role entails a mix of technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as you will be required to manage and resolve support requests through Jira Service Management, configure and customize NetSuite to meet business needs, and troubleshoot system issues. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in supporting business users with NetSuite queries, incidents, and service requests.

What You Will Do
- Manage day-to-day NetSuite administration, including system performance monitoring, issue triage, and ongoing platform optimization
- Resolve ERP support requests through Jira Service Management, ensuring timely and effective solutions for business users
- Configure and customize NetSuite to meet business needs, including custom fields, forms, records, workflows, dashboards, and reports
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with third-party partners or NetSuite support as required
- Manage user setup, roles, permissions, and security access, ensuring consistent application of role-based access controls and best practice governance standards
- Provide support and training to business users on NetSuite and other finance-related platforms
- Collaborate with the IS department and external solution providers to ensure stable, secure, and well-governed systems
- Develop and maintain documentation of support procedures, knowledge articles, and configuration decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite features and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve The HALO Trust's systems and processes
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience supporting NetSuite in a production environment, including day-to-day administration and user support
- Experience managing NetSuite user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls in line with security and governance best practice
- Hands-on capability to configure and customize NetSuite to meet business requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with third-party partners or NetSuite support as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support business users with NetSuite queries, incidents, and service requests
- Experience working in a not-for-profit or complex, multi-country operating environment
- Familiarity with documenting support procedures, knowledge articles, and configuration decisions
- Experience supporting multiple programs, subsidiaries, within a shared ERP environment
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting HRIS platforms, fleet management systems, or similar enterprise tools
- Experience supporting or administering finance systems, including Payhawk, Adaptive Planning, and Solution7 or similar
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices
- Certification in NetSuite administration or a related field
