About the Role
As a New Business Account Executive at Gitlab, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market presence. You will focus on building relationships with C-level and senior technical buyers at high-growth companies and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close. Your role will also involve creating your own pipeline through consistent, high-quality prospecting, supporting change and innovation, and acting as a trusted partner to new customers as they adopt Gitlab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform.Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from first outreach to close
- Build relationships with C-level and senior technical buyers at high-growth companies
- Create your own pipeline through consistent, high-quality prospecting
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated SDR pod, Solutions Architecture, Marketing, and Customer Success

- Proficiency in Salesforce and Adjust
- Experience in managing sales cycles and building relationships with senior technical buyers
