About the Role

The New Learner Compliancy Specialist III, Credential Support plays a crucial role in ensuring the compliance of newly admitted learners with the College's Experiential Learning (EL) credentialing requirements. This position manages a high-volume caseload of up to 450 learners, focusing on efficiency, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing top-notch support to both learners and internal collaborators throughout the credentialing process.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional learner experiences. The role involves guiding learners through the creation of third-party vendor accounts, uploading necessary documentation, and completing background checks and drug screenings. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential in navigating credentialing systems, interpreting College and EL requirements, and resolving compliance issues promptly.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of newly admitted learners to ensure full compliance with College EL credentialing requirements.
  • Guide learners in creating third-party vendor accounts, uploading documentation, and completing background checks and drug screenings.
  • Provide guidance on navigating credentialing systems and interpreting College and EL requirements.
  • Communicate with learners through phone calls, conference calls, texts, and emails to resolve credentialing issues promptly.
  • Monitor learner progress for large cohorts, identifying compliance risks and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support the training and mentoring of Specialists I and II to build team capacity and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve escalated credentialing issues and improve workflow processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records within credentialing systems to track learner progress, compliance status, and outcomes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the credentialing process.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in credentialing or administrative support within education or healthcare settings.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in professional communication across multiple mediums.
  • Strong customer service skills with experience handling high-volume caseloads.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and credentialing software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards in healthcare education.
