About the Role

The NFPS Reporting Lead position at Mekdam Technical Services is a pivotal role that involves overseeing and managing all phases of projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This includes but is not limited to engineering, procurement, and construction phases, particularly focusing on offshore facilities. The ideal candidate will have a broad spectrum of experience, preferably with International Oil Companies (IOCs), contractors, and vendors. The role's significance is underscored by the need for seamless project execution in the global market, where timely and cost-effective project delivery is paramount. Given the nature of the work, the ability to work remotely and manage digital tools effectively is a critical asset. The role will also involve interaction with various stakeholders, including but not limited to team members, clients, and external partners, necessitating excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What You Will Do

  • Manage project phases from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide detailed reports on project progress, highlighting achievements and challenges faced.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and aligned with company goals.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion in the oil and gas or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools and technologies used in project management, with the ability to adapt to new software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
