About the Role
The Nobel Biocare Territory Representative role at Envista is a critical component of the company's sales strategy, focused on driving growth and expanding market share in the dental clinics and laboratories sector. What You Will Do
- Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers, taking into account their needs and characteristics
- Present Nobel Biocare products, solutions, and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features
- Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends, identifying opportunities for growth
- Plan sales activity based on territory needs, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers, strengthening relationships and ensuring satisfaction with products and services
- Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective customers, developing and implementing strategies to convert them into new customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influential thought leaders, utilizing these relationships to expand market share
- Develop and maintain accurate customer files and records, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible
- Report to management on any product issues, loss or potential loss of key customers, or competitive sales strategies that may impact local sales
- Stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, and competitive activity, applying this knowledge to develop sales strategies and tactics
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of achievement-oriented sales experience in the medical device field, preferably with direct competition or Nobel Biocare
- Ability to drive a car, as regular travel to customer sites is required
- Demonstrated ability to digest, comprehend, and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information
- Professional sales skills, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, with ability to learn new systems and software
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field, preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction
