About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics
  • Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in outputs
  • Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI-generated work products
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure accuracy and rigor in AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance domain quality
  • Develop and maintain expertise in nonprofit programs and digital skills
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI research and its applications
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for evaluating AI-generated content
  • Participate in team meetings and discussions to share knowledge and expertise
  • Collaborate with other evaluators to ensure consistency and quality in evaluation processes

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Nonprofit / philanthropy / community programs
  • Native or professional fluency in English
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and asynchronously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with AI-generated content and evaluation processes

  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution
