What You Will Do

• Conduct thorough reviews of clinical cases in otolaryngology
• Provide detailed clinical summaries and evaluations
• Engage in peer communications and collaborate with other professionals
• Answer specific questions posed by clients regarding medical cases
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to manage case loads and communicate with the team
• Evaluate medical records, including diagnoses, treatments, and patient outcomes
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of medical guidelines and best practices in otolaryngology
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all case reviews and communications

What We Are Looking For

• Board certification in otolaryngology
• Current, unrestricted New Mexico Medical License
• 5+ years of clinical practice experience in otolaryngology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 independent contractor
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including electronic medical records
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with remote work or telehealth services
• Familiarity with digital platforms and tools for medical record management
• Certification in a related specialty, such as sleep medicine or neurotology
• Experience with peer review or quality improvement initiatives
