About the Role
IntellaTriage is seeking experienced nursing professionals to join their team as Nurse Advice swing shift professionals, working from the comfort of their own homes. This role involves providing patient care and support through digital channels, leveraging advanced technology to deliver high-quality services. As a key member of the IntellaTriage team, successful candidates will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include managing patient interactions, documenting care activities, and participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies. The ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, is crucial, as well as the capacity to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines. What We Are Looking For
- Current nursing licensure in the United States
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing, with a focus on patient assessment and care planning
