About the Role

The Nurse Case Manager role at AmerisourceBergen is a vital position that involves providing support to patients and healthcare providers across Canada. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

  • Diploma in healthcare or related field (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Licensed Nurse (RN or RPN/LPN) with active registration from the College of Nurses
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Fluency in French and/or English may be required
  • Strong understanding of patient care and case management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in digital tools and platforms used in healthcare
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual setting
