What You Will Do

• Provide comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine to patients across the United States
• Thoroughly document patient interactions using a customized Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Apply appropriate billing procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality control and improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Return patient messages and calls in a timely and professional manner
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities as needed
• Keep current with and follow American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) guidelines and clinic medical protocols
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and other team members to develop and implement new sleep health programs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in sleep medicine and apply this knowledge to improve patient care

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct patient care
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine
• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Strong knowledge of sleep medicine and telemedicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Familiarity with AASM guidelines and clinic medical protocols

Nice to Have

• Experience with sleep study analysis and interpretation
• Knowledge of billing and coding procedures for sleep medicine services
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and technology
• Certification in sleep medicine or a related field
