About the Role

The Northwest Abortion Access Fund (NWAAF) is seeking a dynamic Director of Development to drive its mission forward.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a multi-channel fundraising strategy to grow sustainable revenue
  • Build and steward an authentic major donor portfolio
  • Lead grants strategy and management
  • Develop and improve development systems and dashboards
  • Partner with the Executive Director and Board to activate peer networks and support donor stewardship

  • Proven experience in fundraising and development
  • Strong digital skills and ability to work remotely
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
