About the Role
The OCM Change Management Consultant role at Kryptos Technologies limited is a unique opportunity to drive business results through effective change management and training. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing structured change management plans, identifying potential points of resistance, and creating strategies to reduce resistance and foster positive acceptance of change. Your expertise in Excel will be essential in analyzing change impact and tailoring change interventions for stakeholder groups.The role entails working closely with global teams, including offshore team members and global client stakeholders, to develop and implement change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize engagement. You will be accountable for a large-scale OCM team, comprising junior and mid/senior level consultants, and will be expected to scale and pivot as needed to maintain dynamic organizational change strategy execution.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement structured change management plans covering change management, training, and communications
- Identify potential points of resistance to change and develop strategies to reduce resistance
- Create specific change management plans for training and orientation of employees
- Lead and develop stakeholder maps to understand client audience landscape
- Mobilize and activate change agent networks as required
- Develop a role-based training plan using a proven content development approach
- Collaborate with client resources to develop detailed training schedules and participant lists
- Monitor and provide frequent status updates on change management and training activities
- Conduct change impact analysis to tailor change interventions for stakeholder groups
- Scale and pivot as needed to maintain dynamic organizational change strategy execution
What We Are Looking For
- 5-10 years of change management experience, preferably with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Digital Transformation implementations experience
- A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process
- Experience with ADKAR and PROSCI certification
- CCMP credentials
- Understanding of phases and project management approaches of a software implementation project lifecycle
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Strong analytic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working in global teams, with offshore team members as well as global client stakeholders
- Knowledge of best practices in Change Management
- Experience with ERP/HRIS implementations
- Certification in change management or a related field
