About the Role
Remote VA is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support its executive team.Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements
- Draft and send emails, reports, and other documents
- Keep records and files organized
- Handle invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Create and update spreadsheets for data tracking using MS Excel
Requirements
- Experience as an Executive or Personal assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
