About the Role

Remote VA is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support its executive team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements
  • Draft and send emails, reports, and other documents
  • Keep records and files organized
  • Handle invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
  • Create and update spreadsheets for data tracking using MS Excel

Requirements

  • Experience as an Executive or Personal assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
