About the Role

The Onboarding Specialist role at ezCater is a critical position that ensures a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. The Onboarding Specialist will work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and develop personalized onboarding plans.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement personalized onboarding plans for new clients

  • Manage and resolve any onboarding-related issues or concerns
