About the Role

As an Onboarding Specialist at GlossGenius, you will play a critical role in guiding high-revenue customers through a smooth onboarding experience. Sitting adjacent to the Sales team, you will own the end-to-end onboarding process, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to onboard high-revenue customers
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including data transfer, payments, and team member onboarding
  • Identify blockers and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate documentation and notes in CRM and onboarding tools

Requirements

  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Excel
