GlossGenius is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide high-revenue customers through a seamless onboarding experience.Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to onboard new accounts
- Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process
- Conduct onboarding calls and product walkthroughs tailored to customer needs
- Identify and resolve technical challenges
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and onboarding tools
Requirements
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Excel
- Experience in onboarding or a related field
