About the Role
As a OneStream Senior Functional Consultant at Kyndryl, you will play a critical role in the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of OneStream XF solutions for clients. Your expertise in financial consolidation, planning, and reporting will be instrumental in driving business growth and improving financial processes for leading businesses. You will work closely with solution architects, finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients.The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, requiring strong techno-functional expertise and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for designing and configuring financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and reporting solutions in OneStream XF, as well as supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

What You Will Do
- Design and configure Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting solutions in OneStream XF
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including consolidation and tax reporting
- Configure and maintain Workflow, Dimensions, Metadata, Security, and Cube Views
- Participate in business requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and validation sessions
- Support finance and tax users during UAT and post-go-live phases
- Develop and maintain OneStream XF Business Rules (Finance, Transformation, Extender) using VB.NET
- Build and enhance Cube Views, Forms, Dashboards, and Reports
- Troubleshoot calculation issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks
- Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancement deployments
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in OneStream XF implementation and configuration
- Excellent knowledge of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting
- Proficiency in Excel and VB.NET
- Experience with Integrations and Tax module (TXM) is mandatory
- Good understanding of dimensional modeling and cube design for performance and scalability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Experience with cloud-based managed services
- Knowledge of investment accounting and investment register
