About the Role

Given the nature of this role as a contract position, candidates should be flexible and able to commit to the required hours of testing. The company provides comprehensive training, so prior experience in game testing is not necessary. However, an interest in digital gaming and a basic understanding of how online platforms work would be beneficial.

What You Will Do

• Participate in user experience testing on various online casino platforms to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
• Follow detailed instructions for testing different aspects of the gaming platforms.
• Report bugs, glitches, and any other problems found during testing, providing as much detail as possible.
• Provide feedback on the user interface and overall gaming experience.
• Test platforms across different devices and browsers to ensure compatibility.
• Complete all testing tasks within the given deadlines.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on new games, features, and testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with the QA team to resolve issues found during testing.
• Maintain detailed records of testing activities and results.

What We Are Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Reside in one of the eligible states (Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia).
• Own a computer with a reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work from home with minimal distractions.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to install software and navigate different operating systems.
• Flexibility to work on a part-time, contract basis.
